Sylvia Ornelas-Wise graduated from UC Santa Barbara and later received her Master's Degree in Urban and Regional City Planning from San Jose State University.

Sylvia brings a wealth of knowledge in Planning and Development to all real estate transitions. In addition to real estate Sylvia is a former Planning Commissioner for the City of San Jose.

She loves people and enjoys helping them buy and sell Real Estate both residential and commercial. She can also help you buy and or sell a business.
Sylvia was also a Homeownership Counselor for MEDA in San Francisco and NHSSV in San Jose where she was able to help 100's of first time homebuyers make the homeownership dream a reality.
